I have over 10 years of experience in employment law and disputes. I have worked in national law firms and most recently was the employment and litigation practice leader at a highly regarded firm based on Sydney’s North Shore, before striking out on my own to start Tom Howard Legal.
I am interested in building long term partnerships with people. This means that the most important thing to me is that I provide you with the highest quality service directed at the outcome you want, and also that you see a real and proportionate connection between the value of work I do for you and the amount I charge. In the vast majority of cases I will be able to give you a fixed (and reasonable) price for the work you engage me to do.
By taking a modern and technologically driven approach to the practice of law, I am able to run a very tight ship: I work completely electronically so you won’t be subsidising printing expenses, stationary, storage, printers/photocopiers/fax machines or underutilised support staff. This allows me to keep my costs (and your bill) to a minimum. It also allows me to work remotely: I am always happy to visit you rather than have you visit me.
Also, I will attend to your work personally. Your relationship is with me, not a faceless company. You will always be able to speak with me directly, and you won’t be passed off to a junior practitioner.
